SMS Terms of Service

These terms cover the text messages you get from LiVa Forming Inc. ("LiVa Forming", "we", "us"). By giving us your mobile number and ticking the SMS box on our free-estimate form, or by texting us first, you agree to what's below. They work alongside our Privacy Policy.
What we text you
If you opt in, you agree to receive conversational and informational texts from us. That means:
- Replies to a question you sent us by text, voicemail, phone, or web form.
- Confirmation that we got your estimate request.
- Updates on your quote or order: estimate ready, appointment set, crew on the way, order done.
- The occasional follow-up to check the parts fit and the job went well.
We don't send marketing, promotional, or bulk advertising texts. If we ever wanted to, we'd ask for your consent separately first.
How often
Message frequency depends on your project and whatever we're working through together. Expect roughly one to five texts per active inquiry or job, plus the odd follow-up after the work is finished.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each text you send or get. We don't charge you for our texts. Any charge comes from your carrier under your own plan.
Opt out — reply STOP
Reply STOPto any text from us and we'll stop. You'll get one confirmation message, then nothing further unless you opt back in by replying START. You can also email orders@livaforming.ca with the number you want removed.

Reply HELPto any of our texts and we'll send back our contact details. You can also reach us any time at:

Carriers and delivery
We send texts through RingCentral, our business phone provider. Whether a message arrives depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered texts. Participating carriers include the major Canadian networks (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom, and their resellers) and, for any U.S. numbers you give us, the major U.S. networks (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their resellers).
Your part
- Give us only your own mobile number, or one you're allowed to receive texts at for your business.
- Tell us if your number changes or you no longer want texts at the one you gave us.
- Don't use our text channel for anything unlawful, abusive, or harassing.
No sharing of your mobile info
The mobile information you give us, including your phone number and your SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the providers that help us run the business (like RingCentral, which carries the texts) or where the law requires it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms now and then. If we do, we'll move the date at the top, and bigger changes get a clearer heads-up by text or email to recent contacts.
