What we cut
Fibre-laser cutting and turret-punch work, side by side. Steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet across a range of gauges. Intricate profiles, holes, louvers, and vents come off the bed clean, with edges that rarely need a second pass. Built for BC siding and exterior contractors who need the part right the first time.
From your file or a sketch
Send a DXF and we cut straight from it. No CAD file? A dimensioned sketch or a PDF is enough. We check the geometry, flag anything that won't cut well, and confirm the material and gauge before the laser fires.
The same part, run after run
Order five parts or five hundred. CNC holds the profile with the same precision every time, so part 500 matches part 1. No welding, no stamping dies, and no tooling bill to pay off before you see a part. Just cut sheet metal, ready to form or install.

Common questions
What file formats do you accept?+
DXF is ideal for CNC cutting. We also work from PDFs, and from a dimensioned sketch when that's all you have.
How fast is turnaround?+
Most cut jobs ship the same week once the file is approved. Standard runs go in 3 to 5 business days.
What materials and thicknesses can you cut?+
Steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet across common construction gauges. Send the material and thickness and we'll confirm the fit.
How tight are your tolerances?+
Tight enough for parts that have to fit the first time. The fibre laser and turret punch hold close tolerances on repeat runs, so every part matches.
Is there a minimum order?+
No hard minimum. We cut one-off parts and full production runs. Larger runs bring the per-part price down.
