How do you get a quote for custom metal flashings in BC?
Send a sketch, a CAD file or photos with dimensions and Liva Forming quotes it, usually the same day. We form custom flashings, trims and panels for siding and exterior contractors in our own Delta shop, so standard runs ship in three to five business days. There is no hard minimum: one-off parts and full production runs both go through the same queue.

What do you need from me to quote a custom flashing?
A sketch on paper is enough to start. A CAD file, a PDF, a dimensioned photo, or the old piece you are replacing all work too. Include the profile, the gauge, the colour or finish, the total length, and the deadline. If a detail is missing we ask rather than guess, because a wrong reveal costs more than a phone call.
How fast do you turn around a quote and an order?
Quotes usually land the same day you send the drawing. Standard runs ship in three to five business days, because we cut, punch and fold in our own Delta shop instead of waiting on an outside supplier. If you have a hard deadline, say so up front and we tell you straight away whether it fits.
Is there a minimum order for custom metal forming?
No hard minimum. We run single prototype parts and full production runs through the same shop, and a one-off carries no tooling cost because the work is press-brake formed rather than stamped. Larger runs bring the per-part price down. Send the part and the quantity and we scope it.
Do you deliver across the Lower Mainland, or do I pick up?
Either. We deliver to the job site across the Lower Mainland and further into British Columbia, or you collect from the shop at 5-730 Eaton Way in Delta. Regular contractor partners also get volume pricing, priority in the shop queue, and Net 30 terms.
